Recipe Ingredients for Tabouleh Lite

200 grams parsley, minced
200 grams quinoa, cooked
200 grams tomato, chopped
2 large scallions, sliced
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup olive oil
2 tbsp flax seed, ground
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Tabouleh Lite

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Allow to chill several hours. Stir occasionally.
