Recipe Ingredients for Taboule

1 cup bulgur wheat
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 green onions
2 cups parsley, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes
2 tbsp spearmint, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Taboule

  1. Prepare the wheat and chill it.

  2. Mix it all together.

  3. Chill some more.

  4. Serve.
