Taboule made with Bob's Red Mill quinoa. This is wonderful with 1/4 avocado and diced tomato.

Recipe Ingredients for taboule quinoa

3/4 cup (dry) (uncooked) Quinoa Organic Grain
1 cup fresh Parsley
4 oz chopped Scallion
4/5 oz fresh Mint
1 cloves, raw Garlic
1/2 tsp, ground dried Basil, Dried
4 oz fresh lemon Juice
1/4 cup extra virgin Olive Oil
4 serving Salt
0.13 tsp Pepper, White

Recipe Directions for taboule quinoa

Cook quinoa in 1/2 cups water for 12-15 mins, cool, toss all ingredients together chill for an hour or more and serve
