Recipe Ingredients for Tabhouli

1 1/2 cups bulgur wheat
6 green onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic,chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup mint, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup black olives, chopped

Recipe Directions for Tabhouli

  1. Put bulgur in bowl and cover with 3 inches of water for a half hour or until the wheat is at the desired softness point. Drain and squeeze out all excess water. Put in large bowl and add all other ingredients.

  2. Mix and chill.

  3. One serving is 7 ounces.
