Recipe Ingredients for Tabbulah with Tuna

2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
6 small (3" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 serving bulgar (HEB Central Market)
1 medium Cucumber, Peeled
6 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes
1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
1 oz Parsley
1 oz Mint
6 oz Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 7/10 oz Juice
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Tabbulah with Tuna

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the bulgar and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and cook, covered, until the bulgar is tender and most of the water has been absorbed, about 15 minutes. Drain and transfer to a medium bowl to cool.

  2. When the bulgar is cool, stir in the scallions, cucumber, radishes, carrot, parsley, and mint. Add the tuna, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
