Recipe Ingredients for Tabbouleh Salad

0.75 cu Bulgar Wheat
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Parsley
4 oz Green Onions
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
2 1tsp Olive Oil
0.25 cup Lemon Juice
12 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Tabbouleh Salad

  1. Boil water.

  2. Add cracked wheat and remove from heat. Cover and let stand 15 min.

  3. Chop all veggies and mix all ingredients.

  4. Allow to cool in the fridge 2 hours.
