Recipe Ingredients for tabbouleh

0.25 cup, cooked Couscous, Cooked
0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Parsley
0.5 1tsp Olive Oil
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for tabbouleh

cook couscous by adding boiling water. let sit. chop parsley, scallions, onion and mix. mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. add liquid mixture to couscous mixture. mix and then chill. delicious!
