Tabbouleh recipe from Mark Bittman Cookbook

Recipe Ingredients for Tabbouleh

1/2 cup Bulgar Wheat
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cups parsley
1 cup mint
1/4 cup green onion
3 medium tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Tabbouleh

  1. Soak Bulgar in an equal amount of hot water for 1/2 hour.

  2. Dress Bulgar with oil, lemon, salt and pepper

  3. Chop all other ingredients and combine just before serving.
