This version is heavy on the parsley. Make sure to check your teeth in the mirror after eating :).

Recipe Ingredients for Tabbouleh

3 c parsley, minced
1 1/2 c bulgur , cooked
4 1/2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 c cucumber, chopped
1/2 c green onion, sliced thin
1 t salt
1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Tabbouleh

Make sure vegetables are chopped fine, small enough to pick up with a chip. Add mint, finely chopped if you have it.. Mix everything together and serve.
