A middle-eastern salad made with bulgur wheat, parsley, mint, tomatoes, and cucumber.

Recipe Ingredients for Tabbouleh

2 cups bulgur
3 cups parsley, finely minced
1/4 cup finely chopped mint
3 green onions, finely sliced
3 cloves garlic, diced
1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground
1/4 tsp. cumin, ground
1/2 tsp. salt
2 med. tomatoes, seeded & diced
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 med. cucumber, diced

Recipe Directions for Tabbouleh

Gently mix all ingredients. Let sit for an hour or two (in the refrigerator) before serving.
