Recipe Ingredients for Tabbouleh

1 cup wheat
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1/4 cup italian parsley, chopped
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tabbouleh

  1. Soak wheat in water to cover by 3 inches for at least 20 minutes

  2. Combine all ingredients.
