Delicious, healthy, and refreshing tabbouleh!

Recipe Ingredients for Tabbouleh

1 cup Bulgur Wheat
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 Cucumber, with peel
100 grams VIGO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
4 oz Mint
1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
2 tbsp Oregano, Ground
2 tbsp. Parsley
4 Green Onions

Recipe Directions for Tabbouleh

Boil one cup of water then add bulgur wheat. Let stand for 40 minutes. Stir then add remaining ingredients. Chill for 4 hours.
