For when you don't have mint or bulgur wheat... still pretty tasty!

Recipe Ingredients for Tabbouleh

1 cup couscous
1 1/2 cup water
2 cucumber+8-1/4" cucumbers
4 roma tomatos
1/2 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup Parsley
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Tabbouleh

  1. Cook couscous in water, let cool down while you dice the veggies.

  2. Dice all vegetables and put in a large bowl.

  3. Chop parsley finely and add to bowl.

  4. Add lemon juice, olive oil and salt and mix well.

  5. Add cooked couscous
