Tabasco Tarakihi Confit in a Mushroom, Garlic, Capsicum and Parsley Vinegarette Sauce with a powerful tabasco hit. Served with Steamed Broccoli and Dirty-Mash Potatoes & Spinach

Recipe Ingredients for Tabasco Tarakihi Confit

300 g Tarakihi
1/4 cup parsley
3 cloves garlic
4 mushrooms
40 g capsicum
10 ml tabasco
50 g Alfa One Rice Bran Oil Dressing French
2 serving Alpha One Rice Bran Oil
2 tsp chives
2 tbsp lemon pepper
2 cups broccoli
350 g potato
60 g Anchor (NZ) Mega Milk
100 g spinach

Recipe Directions for Tabasco Tarakihi Confit

  1. Finely chop parsley, garlic cloves, mushrooms and capsicum.

  2. Measure out and stir through tabasco, Alfa One Rice Bran Oil French Dressing and Alpha One Rice Bran Oil.

  3. Shake over chives and lemon pepper. Stir through.

  4. Add Tarakihi Filets and coat with sauce and vegetable mash. Cover and Put in Oven for 20min at 200 degrees Celcius

  5. Fanfry briefly to brown each side once finished

  6. Steam broccoli in unsalted water

  7. Finely dice potato and boil in unsalted water for 20min

  8. Steam spinach and stir through potato once mashed with Milk.
