Wonderful Salad to satisfy several cravings.

Recipe Ingredients for T-R Salad

1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1/2 cup, diced Celery
8 oz Artichoke Hearts - Marinated
1 tbsp Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
1/4 cup chopped Green Onions
1 1/4 cup Organics Iceberg Head Lettuce
1 serving Leaf Lettuce
1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
3 serving VIGO BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 tsp. capers
1 g g Chunk White Albacore Tuna [418127] can
1 cup black beans

Recipe Directions for T-R Salad

Chop, slice, open can, mix. I first cut up the avocado and covered the pieces with lime juice. when everything else was mixed, I added the whole thing. To the vinegar & oil dressing, I added some seasoned salt & "Tajin" seasoning.
