Easy, quick weeknight dinner with tuna and biscuits

Recipe Ingredients for T-N-B

16 oz drained BUMBLE BEE Chunk Light Tuna in Water
3 tbsp Salted Butter
0.18 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Cheese
1 cup Peas, Green
1 1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for T-N-B

  1. Make roux from butter & flour over medium heat.

  2. Add milk and season with salt & pepper; thicken to gravy.

  3. Add 4 cans partially drained tuna and cheese and return to low boil. Add peas and return to low boil.

  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Cook biscuits according to directions.

  6. Halve biscuits and spoon tuna gravy over biscuits.
