Recipe Ingredients for T McC Pomdoro Spaghetti Squash

5 cup Spaghetti Squash
2 tbsp Olive Oil
9 tsp Italian Seasoning
12 tsp Parmesan Original
2 cup, chopped Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for T McC Pomdoro Spaghetti Squash

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut a whole spaghetti squash in half. Place each half cut-side down in a pan of water. Place pan/s in preheated oven and bake for about 20-30 minutes until a fork goes in easily. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into cubes to equal 2 cups. In a small bowl combine the oil, Italian seasoning, 3 TBSP cheese, the tomatoes, salt, & pepper. When the squash is done, allow to cool briefly, then use a fork to shred the squash. Put 5 cups of the squash in a large serving dish. Add the tomato mixture & stir to combine well. Sprinkle remaining TBSP of cheese on top & serve.
