Recipe Ingredients for Szechuan Tofu with asparagus

24 oz firm tofu
1 cup snow peas
2 tbsp scallions
1/2 cup cabbage
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cups asparagus

Recipe Directions for Szechuan Tofu with asparagus

Saute veggies first, then add tofu, mix in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over cabbage or rice.
