Recipe Ingredients for Szechuan Shredded Chicken Stir-Fry

14 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, frozen
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
6 spears (1/2" base) Asparagus
1 cup Water Chestnuts
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 carrot Carrots
3 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
2 serving Light Dressing
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
10 grams Cornstarch
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Szechuan Shredded Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. CUT steak crosswise into thin slices, then cut each slice into thin strips. Place meat in medium bowl; toss with garlic and crushed pepper. Mix next 4 ingredients.

  2. HEAT 1 tsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add half the meat; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until meat is barely pink in center. Transfer to plate; set aside. Repeat with remaining oil and meat.

  3. ADD carrots and celery to skillet; stir-fry 2 min. Return meat to skillet along with dressing mixture; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until meat is done and sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in onions.
