Recipe Ingredients for Szechuan Shredded Beef Stir-Fry

16 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
3 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
2 serving Light Dressing
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Corn Starch
2 1tsp Olive Oil
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 cup Asian-Style Vegetables

Recipe Directions for Szechuan Shredded Beef Stir-Fry

  1. CUT steak crosswise into thin slices, then cut each slice into thin strips. Place meat in medium bowl; toss with garlic and crushed pepper. Mix next 4 ingredients.

  2. HEAT 1 tsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add half the meat; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until meat is barely pink in center. Transfer to plate; set aside. Repeat with remaining oil and meat.

  3. ADD carrots and celery to skillet; stir-fry 2 min. Return meat to skillet along with dressing mixture; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until meat is done and sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in onions.
