This is the barefoot contessa recipe that I have lightened up to be healthier

Recipe Ingredients for Szechuan Noodles

1/4 cup Regular Creamy
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup rice wine
2 T honey
4 T Soy Sauce
1 T sesame oil
1/2 pound Fettuccine
1/2 pound green cabbage
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 green onions

Recipe Directions for Szechuan Noodles

  1. Sauce

  2. Mix the first 7 ingredients and add salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.

  3. Cut the cabbage in strips and microwave for 2 min. with a little bit of water. Cook the pasta as shown on box. Cut up the peppers and onions in a manner that is pleasing to you at this particular moment in time.

  4. Mix it all up in a big bowl. Add meat if you want.
