Shirataki noodles with vegetables with spicy seasoning

Recipe Ingredients for Szechuan Noodles

4 oz White Shirataki Bag (Yam Noodle)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup bok choy
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1 green onion
1 cup fresh mushroom
1/4 cup bean sprouts
1 teaspoon chili paste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 oz water chestnuts
79 grams tofu - lite

Recipe Directions for Szechuan Noodles

  1. Prep Shirataki noodles.

  2. Meanwhile, heat sesame oil in pan, add sliced bok choy, shredded carrot, sliced green onion and sliced fresh mushrooms. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in sprouts, chili paste, soy sauce, red pepper flakes and water chestnuts. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until hot. Stir in cubed tofu and cook until thoroughly heated.
