Recipe Ingredients for Szechuan Chix/Tofu + Veggies

Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
Bell Pepper Red
Onions
Celery
Firm Tofu
Oyster Sauce

Recipe Directions for Szechuan Chix/Tofu + Veggies

Heat oil in the wok add sliced celery, large chopped onion, let heat and toss for a couple minutes. Add bell pepper and Firm tofu slices. I added a little crushed red pepper red pepper and oyster sauce, but not necessary. add in the chopped chicken and let heat until chicken is done. I also added tomatoes but optional.
