Recipe Ingredients for Szechuan chicken and veggies

12 1/2 oz chicken breast
1 large sweet onion
1 medium red bell pepper
2 cups cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
64 grams Szechuan Sauce
2 carrots

Recipe Directions for Szechuan chicken and veggies

  1. dice chicken breast and cook until tender

  2. chop veggies

  3. remove chicken from heat once cooked, set aside

  4. add veggies to hot skillet, saute until tender

  5. toss chicken back into skillet with veggies

  6. add 4 tablespoons Szechuan sauce

  7. ENJOY
