Recipe Ingredients for Sydney's Spaghetti and Meatballs

1/2 pound meatballs
8 oz spaghetti
28 oz crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tsp crushed red peppers

Recipe Directions for Sydney's Spaghetti and Meatballs

  1. in a large pot bring water to boil for pasta

  2. add pasta and boil for 10 minutes

  3. stir pasta to keep from sticking

  4. after 10 minutes drain and set aside

  5. in a large skillet add 1 tbsp of olive oil

  6. add the garlic and crushed red peppers

  7. cook for 2 minutes

  8. add crushed tomatoes, italian seasoning and salt and pepper

  9. bring to a boil reduce to a simmer

  10. add meatballs, simmer on medium for 10-15 minutes

  11. add the drained pasta, stir to combine

  12. simmer for 5 minutes

  13. add the 1 tbsp of oilve oil to finish

  14. remove from heat and serve
