Serve this over any cut of steak (either pan fried or baked) can also be put over potatoes or rice

Recipe Ingredients for Swiss Steak Topping

882 g canned tomatos
190 g bell pepper
150 g onion
4 cloves garlic
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 cup water
2 tsp pepper
1 T dried oregano
1 T dried basil

Recipe Directions for Swiss Steak Topping

  1. Cook all ingredients on top of stove until onions and peppers are tender

  2. place some under meat and rest over meat in a cake pan

  3. Bake until meat is done
