savory meat dish. Try to get the steak thin cut, this will work out better. Sometimes the market will carry tenderized steak. This will work, too.

Recipe Ingredients for Swiss Steak

10 oz. Laura's Lean Steaks Sirloin Steak
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup hunts tomato sauce
1 1/4 cup water
1 tsp. oil
2 tbsp. flour
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Swiss Steak

Drizzle oil into a pre-heated non-stick skillet set to medium high. Add onions and saute until brown. Remove onion and reserve. Pound out steaks to 1 1/2 times original size. Dust with flour on each side, salt and pepper. Lay in skillet and cook until browned on each side. Mix ketchup and water together. Add ketchup mixture and onions to skillet. Cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 30minutes. Check moisture, if need add a little more water. Cook until tender.
