use 1 red apple and 1 yellow apple if possible

Recipe Ingredients for Swiss Oatmeal

2 apples (cored and coarsely chopped)
1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
1 c. oats
1 T. honey
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
2 T sliced almonds
2 T raisins

Recipe Directions for Swiss Oatmeal

  1. In large bowl, combine apples adn apple juice. Toss apples to moisten

  2. Stire in teh oats adn honey

  3. Add yogur, almonds, and raisins.

  4. Stir to mix well.

  5. May be kept in refrigerator for up to two days.
