Recipe Ingredients for Swiss Oatmeal with Apples

1 3/4 cup oatmeal
1 1/4 cup soy milk
2 tbls pure maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups apples

Recipe Directions for Swiss Oatmeal with Apples

  1. Mix everything together but the fruit the night before.

  2. Allow to sit in the refrigerator covered until morning.

  3. Mix in the peeled, chopped apples and enjoy.
