Recipe Ingredients for Swiss Muesli

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 apples, peeled and grated
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt

Recipe Directions for Swiss Muesli

  1. Combine oats and milk and leave to soak overnight

  2. Next morning, add all other ingredients
