Recipe Ingredients for Swiss Corn Bake

6 ounces evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbls onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
4 ounces swiss cheese, shredded (1 cup)
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
3 cups corn (frozen)
1 tbls butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Swiss Corn Bake

Cook corn 2-3 minutes, drain well. Combine corn, milk, gg, onion, salt, pepper, 3/4 cup cheese. Pour into a 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Toss bread crumbs with butter and 1/4 cup cheese, sprinkle over corn. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
