Recipe Ingredients for Swiss Chicken Supreme

1 4 ounces each boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon dried, minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
305 g (10 3/4 ounces) reduced-fat, reduces sodium cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup reduced fat 2% milk
1 about 8 crackers [82446] crackers Ritz crackers crushed
1 teaspoon Shedd's Spread

Recipe Directions for Swiss Chicken Supreme

  1. Place chicken in a 13x9" baking dish coated with cooking spray.

  2. Sprinkle with the minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Top each with a slice of cheese.

  4. In a small bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and milk; pour over chicken.

  5. Toss cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over chicken.

  6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until chicken juices run clear and crumbs are golden.
