Swiss Chicken Recipe

Yummy chicken with a great sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Swiss Chicken

1 1/2 ounce Chicken Breasts
4 slices Swiss Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken
1/4 cup of water
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup margarine

Recipe Directions for Swiss Chicken

  1. Take 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts and but on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Add a slice of swiss cheese on top of each breast.

  2. In a separate bowl. Mix one can of cream of chicken soup with 1/4 cup of water. Pour over the top of the chicken breast. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and then pour 1/3 cup of melted mararine over the top.

  3. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove tin foil and continue baking for additional 1/2 hour or until the chicken is done.
