Recipe Ingredients for Swiss Chard with Tomatoes

10 cup Chard, Swiss
1 tsp Salt, Table
4 clove Garlic
1 serving PAM Original Canola Oil Spray
12 oz Crushed Tomatoes
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Swiss Chard with Tomatoes

Boil chard in 2 quarts water with salt for 5 minutes. Drain well, reserving 1 cup water, and set aside. Spray pan with PAM and saute garlic until golden. Then add drained chard. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and reserved cooking water and cook, covered, on medium heat for 10 minutes. Season with pepper.
