Recipe Ingredients for Swiss Chard Pesto

300 grams swiss chard
1 tablespoon margarine
2 tablespoons olive oil
50 grams pine nuts, toasted
50 grams parmesan cheese
1/8 cup cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Swiss Chard Pesto

Chop swiss chard off stems. Discard stems, coarsely chop leaves. Melt margarine in olive oil over medium heat. Cook garlic until lightly browned. Add swiss chard and cook, stirring, until softened and most of water has evaporated. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients. Puree in food processor. Serve over pasta.
