Recipe Ingredients for Swiss Chard and Navy Bean Soup

1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cup Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds
256 grams Chard, Swiss
1 gram Parmesan, Hard Cheese
5 clove Garlic
2 cup No Salt Added Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Swiss Chard and Navy Bean Soup

Saute onion, carrot and celery in olive oil and cook 10 min.. Roast head of garlic 40 min. Add Beans and broth and H2O and simmer 10 min. Add chard, cheese and squeeze out head of garlic into soup. Puree w immersion blender. Freezes well.
