5 tbsp chopped Shallots
150 g Beans, Great Northern, Mature Seeds
289 g Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 lemon+yields lemon yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Swiss chard mmmm

sautee one shallot diced. add in 3/4 c white beans (cooked). warm through. add diced tomatoes. cook 3 min. add freshly washed chard. cover. ccok until tender. add lemon and zest. cook one more minute.
