Recipe Ingredients for Swiss Chard Crepes

2 cups whole milk
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
1 small onion, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/8 cup chopped parsley
7 Swiss chard leaves

Recipe Directions for Swiss Chard Crepes

  1. Put all indredients in a blender and run on high speed until well blended.

  2. Let batter sit for 30 minutes to get air out

  3. Cook on a crepe griddle
