15 leaf Chard, Swiss
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots

Recipe Directions for Swiss Chard aplenty

Slice onion and saute in oil. Add carrots. Add chopped tomato and cook down. Chiffonade chard and add to pan. Cover and simmer until done.
