Recipe Ingredients for Sā??wheat! Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 c. Unsalted Butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
2 large Eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. unbleached flour
1 c. organic whole-wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Sā??wheat! Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Prep Time: 20 minutes, Bake Time: 12 minutes, Yield: 6 dozen

  2. 1 c. Wild Oats Organic Unsalted Butter, softened

  3. 3/4 c. brown sugar

  4. 3/4 c. cane sugar

  5. 2 Wild Oats Large Omega-3 Eggs

  6. 2 tsp. vanilla extract

  7. 1 tsp. sea salt

  8. 1 1/4 c. organic unbleached flour

  9. 1 c. organic whole-wheat flour

  10. 1 tsp. baking soda

  11. 12 oz. chocolate chips

  12. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Add eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Fold into butter mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop rounded spoonfuls of batter onto non-stick cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and allow to cool on a wire rack.
