Slow-Roasted Pork Shoulder with rice and veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet&Sour Pork

250 g pork shoulder
600 g rice, cooked
119 g celery
211 g onion
322 g green peppers
260 g carrots
490 g pineapple
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tbs oil

Recipe Directions for Sweet&Sour Pork

  1. season pork as desired, slow roast, remove fat and bone, "crumbled" into small chunks

  2. cook rice

  3. chop/break up veggies, sautee 1 minute with a little oil, remove from heat and cover

  4. make bed of rice, add veggies and pineapple, top with pork and sweet&sour sauce
