This sweet combination makes it lower in calories and taste sweeter than regular végé paté.

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Végé Paté

1 large sweet potato, shredded
2 medium carrots, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tamari
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup organic yeast
1 tsp sage
1 tbsp curry
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp basil
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Sweet Végé Paté

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl

  2. Mix remaining ingredients

  3. Combine both mixture, and pour it in med deep dish pan

  4. Bake 1 hour at 350C
