Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito

1 whole wheat tortilla
1/2 tsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp sunflower seeds
1/2 tsp honey
1 tbs peanut butter
1/3 banana (sliced)

Recipe Directions for Sweet Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito

  1. Put peanut butter onto tortilla

  2. Add other ingredients on top (I use Peter Pan Honey Roast peanut butter and do not add the honey)

  3. Fold it into a burrito shape and brown it on both side in a heated frying pan or on a griddle.
