Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Thai Chili Chicken

4 Serving Chicken
1 tbsp Corn Starch
0.5 cup Organic Shredded Carrots
1 cup Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
1 cup Snow Peas
0.5 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
4 wedge yields Lime Juice
4 serving, raw Cilantro
2 serving Green Onion
3 1tsp Olive Oil
3 1tsp Oil, Sesame
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Sweet Thai Chili Chicken

  1. Combine 1 T soy sauce with 1 clove garlic and 1/2 tsp fresh ginger. Cook until soft. Add 1-2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes. Then add 1/4 c white vinegar and 1/2 c sugar. Bring to boil. Mix 1 T cornstarch and 1 T water. Stir until combined, add to sauce and boil for 30-60 seconds. Remove from heat.

  2. In hot pan, add olive and sesame oils and saute chicken breasts to internal temp of 160 degrees. Remove chicken breasts and allow to reach 165 degrees. To the pan add carrots, sprouts, snow peas, and red and yellow peppers. Saute for a few minutes until crisp tender. Remove to plate, top with chicken breast and sauce. finish with fresh chopped 1/4 c cilantro, squeeze of lime and green onions.
