I hate coleslaw.... but absolutely love this recipe I came up with by mixing 2 different recepies together. I'm sure you can alter it to make it less caloric, but this is what I had in the house for the time being

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Tangy Coleslaw

600 g cabbage
3 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon vinegar
2/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
107 g carrots

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Tangy Coleslaw

  1. chop 1 head cabbage, yeilds approximately 600 grams

  2. shred or use peeler to peel 2 carrots, approximately 100 grams

  3. in bowl with carrots add mayo vinegar (apple cider vinegar) salt and sugar. let them soak

  4. mix together and enjoy

  5. the longer it sits the soupier it gets
