Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin

1 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut crosswise into 1/2 in pieces
2 tsp dried tarragon leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper
1 dash salt
2 tbsp margarine, melted
1 1/2 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin

  1. In small bowl combine tarragon, thyme, peppers and salt; blend well.

  2. Brush both sides of each pork tenderloin peice with margarine; sprinkle both sides with seasoning mixture. Arrange tenderloin pieces on broiler pan.

  3. Broil, 5-6 inches from heat source, for 2 min per side. Remove from broiler.

  4. Brush top side of each piece with honey. Broil for an additional minute. Place pork on serving plate.
