A fun play of sweet and spiciness to fill my blintz pancakes. (ps 1/2 fl oz is 1 tbsp)

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet-spicy Filling

2 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
0.5 fl oz Dark Amber Maple Syrup
1 tsp Chili Sauce
0.5 fl oz Water
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Sweet-spicy Filling

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor

  2. Puree until silky

  3. Reheat gently if needed

  4. Lay 1-2 tbsp stripes of puree along length of blintz before wrapping up
