Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Spicy Chicken Kabobs

6 serving Light Original Barbeque Sauce
3 serving Clover Honey
8 oz Pineapple Chunks
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
9 piece Fresh

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Spicy Chicken Kabobs

  1. cut chicken thighs into 8-10 pieces each

  2. mix light barbeque sauce, montreal chicken seasoning and grill mates fiery 5 pepper seasoning (which I couldn't add to the ingredients because its not in here and there's no nutrition label but they are 0 calorie seasonings... not sure about sodium)

  3. mix chicken chunks into sauce and let marinate over night

  4. when ready to cook spray pan with cooking spray

  5. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  6. chop onions and green peppers into 1 inch square chunks

  7. load kabob sticks with chicken pieces peppers onions and pineapple chunks with 5 pieces of chicken on each and alternating pineapple and veggies in between chicken

  8. put kabob pieces in pan

  9. drizzle tops with honey

  10. bake for 20 minutes rotating 10 minutes in

  11. serve hot and enjoy!!
