Sweet and spicy chicken with red pepper, red onion, and clementines.

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Spicy Chicken Curry

1 lb Chicken
1/2 cup Red Onion
1/2 cup Red Pepper
1/3 cup Clementine
1/8 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp of Paprika
1/4 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Spicy Chicken Curry

Chicken Tenders work best. Cut up red onion, red pepper and whole clementine and mix together with lemon juice. Place chicken tenders in glass baking pan with small amount of water at the bottom and pour onion, pepper and clementine mixture on top of chicken (being careful to only put it on the chicken and not in the water). Sprinkle on curry powder and paprika for desired spiciness. Bake in 350 degree oven covered for 20-25 minutes.
