Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Spicy Cashew Chicken

10 1/2 oz chicken breast
1 cup onions
4 cups red peppers
2 cups zucchini
1 1/4 cup green beans
8 cups cabbage
5 cups bean sprouts
2 cups brocolli
1 cup ketchup
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
3 tsp sesame oil
3/4 cup cashews
3 cups long grain white rice

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Spicy Cashew Chicken

  1. pan fry chicken (no oil) and put aside

  2. steam all veggies in minimal amount of chicken broth (0.25 cup)

  3. add chicken and sauce.

  4. Sauce: liquid ingredients plus cayene pepper (you may need a bit of cornstartch).

  5. Allow mix to boil for 5 minutes.

  6. Serve over 0.5 cup of rice
